We understand that travel plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings made through Travessy Destinations Pvt. Ltd. ("Travessy", "we", "us"). Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@travessy.in or by calling +91 99147 90040. Cancellations are effective only upon written confirmation from Travessy.

Regardless of the cancellation notice period, the following are strictly non-refundable:
For bookings during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Diwali, summer holidays) or special group departures, a 100% cancellation charge may apply regardless of notice period. This will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
Travessy reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, force majeure events, natural disasters, political unrest, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid to Travessy, or an alternative tour of equivalent value. Travessy shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the customer due to such cancellations.
