3. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may exclude GST, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, and tips unless explicitly mentioned as inclusive. Travessy reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in taxes, government levies, or supplier costs.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) required for their trip.
• Customers must ensure they have adequate travel insurance for their journey.
• Customers must inform Travessy of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.
• Travessy is not responsible for customers failing to meet immigration, health, or entry requirements.

5. Changes to Bookings

Any amendments to a confirmed booking must be requested in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may attract amendment fees. Certain bookings (flights, special packages) may not be amendable after confirmation.

6. Liability

Travessy acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). While we exercise due diligence in selecting our partners, Travessy shall not be liable for:

• Injuries, illness, or accidents during the tour
