This Refund Policy governs all refund requests made to Travessy Destinations Pvt. Ltd. for bookings of holiday packages, group tours, hotel stays, visa services, activities, and transfers.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only when a valid cancellation is made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. No refund shall be processed unless the cancellation request has been received and acknowledged by Travessy in writing.

2. Refund Timeline

Refund timelines begin from the date of cancellation confirmation by Travessy. Delays caused by banking institutions are beyond our control.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment source only. No refunds will be issued in cash for online transactions. For partial refunds, the remaining amount will be credited back after deducting the applicable cancellation charges as per our Cancellation Policy.

4. No-Show & Early Departure

No refund will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departure from a tour or hotel. Unused portions of any package (meals, excursions, accommodation nights, etc.) are non-refundable once the tour has commenced.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel bans, war, strikes), Travessy will endeavour to offer a full credit note or rescheduling option. Cash refunds under force majeure are at Travessy's sole discretion depending on the recovery of funds from hotels, airlines, and ground operators.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding a refund, customers may escalate to our management team at info@travessy.in. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

7. GST & Taxes

GST and other applicable taxes paid on services are non-refundable as per Indian tax regulations. Refunds will be issued on the base tour/service amount only after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes.
